Meditation Benefits

Our Heart
In 1991 science discovered something amazing about our HEART. We have 40 thousand specialized cells that are like brain cells but they are not in the brain. They are in our heart and called sensory nervites. They think, feel and remember independently of the BRAIN. When we marry the heart and the brain cells our nervous system works in extraordinary ways. We get deep intuition on demand. When we connect the heart and the brain it's the trigger for the anti aging hormone. It's a trigger for the body to heal from subconscious programing and we can fully embrace our full potencial.

Feeling is the Prayer
The Lost Gospel of Thomas from the Naghamadi Library vs 106 was written around 300ad: "When you make the two thought and emotion one, you will say to the mountain move away and the mountain will move away." When we marry thought and emotion together into one single potent force this is when mountains move. Also from the same gospel vs 48: "If the two make peace with each other in this one house (body) they will say to the mountain move away and it will move away."

The King James Reference Bible, John 16:23-24: "Verily, verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you." This was greatly condensed in the biblical edits of the 4th century. This implies that all we have to do is ask with our VOICE. To ask we must speak to the field. The language of the field is from the heart. Marrying the two creates the electrical and magnetic wave coming out from our hearts to the people we are praying for or the situation we're praying for. When we are enveloped with love and gratitude our thoughts and emotions become ONE.

Create your coherent heart when you pray.

Stress Accounts for 60% of doctor Visits
Mantra meditation has been practiced in India for thousands of years because people knew that it reduces stress, calms the mind, increases inner peace and brings deep intuition. In the 1970s medical researchers at Harvard University began studying mantra meditation. They found that during the practice of mantra meditation the body has what they call the relaxation response, which gives the body deep rest that is deeper than the rest from sleep. They also found that through regular meditation that deep rest builds up in the body over time and it is that deepening reservoir of rest that reduces stress and results in the many benefits of mantra meditation.
